One of my freezers died the other day so I had to cook a corned beef. Tonight I made my wife and I a reuben. And then I posted the photos in a weird order.

   Looks good. You cook your sauerkraut and corned beef in a skillet first tho? I’m lazy and don’t like dishes I just assemble the sandwich and blast in on the broiler setting
